Step into a sanctuary of stillness and sound. Join us for a powerful 75-minute Yin Yoga + Sound Bath experience designed to ground your body, soothe your nervous system, and awaken your inner quiet.

Held in the serene Love & Peace Studio in Kitsilano, this session blends long-held, floor-based yin yoga postures with the sacred tones of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums—played throughout the practice and during an extended savasana.

Yin yoga gently opens the connective tissues, while the sound healing frequencies ripple through the body’s waters—clearing energy, calming the mind, and inviting profound rest. This is more than a class—it’s a journey back to yourself.

Paige Hamel and Christina Michael, co-creators of P R A C T I C E—a roaming wellness studio offering intentional movement, sound, and nature-based experiences across Vancouver.

  • Paige Hamel is a poetic yoga guide and certified homeopath who creates nurturing, inclusive spaces for presence, self-inquiry, and restoration.

  • Christina Michael is an intuitive sound healer and somatic practitioner with 30+ years of experience. Her signature sound sessions are soulful, frequency-rich experiences that combine vibrational healing with nervous system science and spiritual depth.

  • A gentle, supported yin practice with long passive holds and all props provided

  • A live, immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, ocean drum & chimes

  • Comfortable layers (think cozy socks and soft sweats)

Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are all provided. Feel free to bring your own extras if you prefer.
